Eric has over a decade of executive leadership and management experience in the food distribution, third-party logistics and functional beverage sectors. He has a passion for the functional food space and is a firm believer in building brand loyalty through sustainable corporate practices. He has also been involved in the legal cannabis industry since its inception.

Scott Jardin

CFO

Scott has managed and governed finances, as well as developed and assessed controls in both the public and private sectors in various capacities for 15 years. Coupled with his experience in capital markets, administration and over a decade as a certified public accountant,
his ongoing contribution to the company will aid in successfully navigating the challenges ahead.

Peter Ho

Operations Manager

Peter has more than a decade of experience in controllership of procurement cycles, inventory, supply chain and business administration. He is a P&L focused management accountant who seeks out optimization opportunities that promote scalable organizational growth.


Nathalie Lebel

Cannabis QA

Nathalie has a master degree in pharmacology. She has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance including 7 years in the cannabis industry.

Divya Srinivasan

Mushroom QA

Divya is a MSC Food Science graduate from McGill University with 6+ years of hands on experience in the field of food testing, formulation research and quality assurance in food and beverage manufacturing and distribution operations. She also has spearheaded the regulatory compliance aspect of organic certification in various companies including Teonan.

Anik Gendron

Corporate Secretary

Anik is an attorney with vast experience in corporate and commercial law, securities laws, compliance and governance issues. Known for her business acumen, she has advised many entrepreneurs at all stages of development and has served as general counsel and corporate secretary for several publicly traded companies. Anik holds a B.Sc (economics), a LLB. from the University of Montreal and the Certification in Ethics and Compliance from HEC (Montreal).


Claude Dufrense

Independent Board Member

Mr. Dufresne is an astute investor and engineer with 30 year’s experience in the mining industry. Formerly the President & CEO of NioBay Metals (NBY), he started his own trading firm, Camet Metallurgy Inc., which focuses on trading various metal commodities. Mr. Dufresne is well experienced in corporate governance of public companies and, as a knowledgeable mining sector veteran, he brings a different operational perspective to the Board of Directors.

Franck Aton

Independent Board Member

Former HR VP at Merck and Co. Franck brings 25 years of global leadership experience in the operational field. He has broad experience in large global organizations such as General Electric, Merck & Co and more in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada. Franck brings with him a broad worldwide network of executives in the pharmaceutical industry.

Steve Saviuk

Independent Board Member

Mr. Saviuk is a CPA, CA. He co-founded and is currently President and CEO of Valeo Pharma (VPH) where his leadership has established the company as a formidable brand in the Canadian pharmaceutical sector. He also founded Manitex Capital Inc (MNX) 30 years ago which is involved in venture capital investing in emerging sectors such as life sciences, renewable energy and sustainable resources.


Shalom Thompson

Sales Eastern Canada

Shalom is highly passionate about sharing knowledge around the benefits of good nutrition, health and wellness. She’s a professional with 15 + years experience in wholesale and retail distribution in the food and beverage industry. Her focus is to ensure excellent pre and post sales customer service and product merchandizing with Teonan’s eastern Canadian retail accounts.

Rob Leichman

Sales USA

Rob has been involved in the specialty food trade for over 25 years, with a proven record of success in global sales and distribution. He has established relationships with buyers in major distribution channels including specialty, natural, convenience and conventional grocery. His sales relationships include Whole Foods, Publix, The Fresh Market, Kroger, Sprouts, Wegmans and Central Market amongst others. Rob has been a speaker at Project Nosh and BevNET.
